we loved our stay at volcano lodge, hotel & thermal experience! the staff was super friendly and helped us with tour suggestions and even ordered lunch when language was a barrier. our room had a fantastic private balcony that offered stunning views of the rainforest. also, the reliable internet and the beautiful grounds with tropical plants made our experience even better.

would recommend.

The beautifully manicured gardens showcased the talent of the groundskeepers. The mineral springs offered an outstanding experience, especially the swim-up bar with mixologist Alonzo.

Room and bathroom were a bit dated, but still nice.

Comfortable room, peaceful environment, with a lovely outdoor swimming pool to soak in after a day of exploring the area, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The room is kind of basic, a 3-star hotel level.

Our group vacation was unforgettable! We had a private hot spring pool and enjoyed exploring two amazing attractions focused on environmental sustainability. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were top-notch, and we loved the tranquil gardens surrounding the thermal pools.

The only downside was that upon arrival, the entrance was a bit confusing and felt unwelcoming.
